International Queen! Iggy Azalea Performs “Mo Bounce” & “Switch” In Mexico at MTV MIAW Awards.
Iggy Azalea was a musical performer at the 2017 MTV Millennial Awards, aka. The MTV MIAW Awards, brought by MTV Latin America, last night, June 3rd, at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City. You had no idea Iggy’s music was big in Latin America? Me neither. But hey! It’s cool for her to expand her “dominions”. Latin America is a rising purchasing power. And now that Europe, Australia and the U.S are turning their backs on Iggy’s latest releases (“Switch” is not doing well... *insert sad face emoji*), it’s actually quite intelligent for her to try new markets right now.
At the 2017 MIAW Awards, Iggy Azalea performed a medley consisting of her twerk anthem “Mo Bounce” (first televised performance of this song ever occurred last night in Mexico), and “Switch” – but unfortunately Anitta didn’t perform with her!!! And here’s the funny part: Anitta WAS in the venue! So what happened? Apparently she flew in late from Brazil and she couldn’t rehearse with Iggy, hence thinking the best decision was not to perform with her.

Iggy’s performance was bad-ass. She slayed “Mo Bounce” and “Switch” looked so hot with that choreography with the girl dancers. Very good, Iggy!
