Janet Jackson’s comeback is right around the corner. Next Tuesday, June 23rd, her new single “No Sleep” will be digitally released and served to radios. Meaning her eleventh studio album will be one step closer.
“No Sleep”, co-written by Janet alongside Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, isn’t, however, the only excited news Ms. Jackson has recently announced. She’s also going on tour throughout this summer and fall in the U.S with the “Unbreakable Tour” (shows are selling out fast and second-hand tickets’ prices are high up the roof!)
Although so far we have had no idea what the sound of Janet’s new single would be, whether it was going to be an up-tempo or a ballad, that’s changed today. For Janet has just posted online a high-quality 30-second preview of “No Sleep”, and ladies and gentlemen, I feel like someone is going to rule over the Urban AC and Rhythmic radio charts once again.

I feel like Janet has finally reached a level of mental peace in terms of her music. She’s now done making music following a major label’s petitions. She is now in control, doing the music her soul tells her to do, and just being one with it. And it SHOWS!
