Giorgio Moroder & Sia - "Deja Vu" [Music Video Premiere!]
Here’s the music video for the second single from Giorgio Moroder’s upcoming “Déjà vu” album (June 12); it’s the title track featuring Sia.
Directed by Alexandra Dahlström, the "Deja Vu" MV follows a man’s strange encounter with various look-alike women at a lavish hotel.
Taken there by his driver (aka. Giorgio M), the dressed-in-white guy runs into a woman wearing a Sia-esque bob wig at the hotel reception, then runs into another one, very similar to the previous, near the pool and accidentally causes her to drop her drink, then another wig-wearing one at the indoor party, and then…yeah, the ‘running into’ situation repeats for a few more times. This dude is really experiencing a déjà vu! So freaky!
As expected, there is now Sia appearance in the music video.
“Right Here, Right Now” topped the Billboard Hot Dance/Club Songs chart in the US, but “Déjà vu” for some reason isn’t giving ‘chart-topping’ vibes. It’s a cool, ‘different’ song, very vintage-y dance/pop, but I just don’t see hit potential in it.
