Country music duo Florida Georgia Line are back!

Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley released on Friday (April 29) a brand new single "H.O.L.Y" (which stands for "high on loving you").

This piano-driven romantic country song is confirmed to be the lead single from Florida Georgia Line's upcoming third studio album "Dig Your Roots", which will arrive in stores later this year of 2016 via Big Machine Records.

Want to know a fun fact about "H.O.L.Y"? FLG initially passed on it!

From Taste of Country:

"Florida Georgia Line admit when they first heard “H.O.L.Y.” they were not impressed. The duo’s new single is set for release this Friday though, because the hook and the message stuck with Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley. In fact, it grew on them — a lot.
The ACM Vocal Duo of the Year winners were halfway through recording their Dig Your Roots album when they heard “H.O.L.Y.” Hubbard says they listened to about half of it and decided the song didn’t suit them.
“A couple weeks later, we just were both kinda like, ‘Have you been listening to that ‘H.O.L.Y.,’ that song?'” Hubbard recalls, according to ABC Radio.
“We both kind of fell in love with it over those few weeks of living with it, you know, and realized the power. Sometimes a song doesn’t hit you right away, you know,” he explains. “Sometimes it takes a few seconds to actually get deep enough into the song to realize the power of that song.”"

Good for them they eventually decided to record "H.O.L.Y". It is a great song, it smells like a monster hit (in fact, this hasn't left the Top 5 of iTunes USA since being released), and the hook indeed gets stuck in your head!

As for the official "H.O.L.Y" music video, it was shot in Australia, was directed by TK McKAMY, it features STUNNING coastal views of the distant country, and it was released the same day the single got out.

What do you think of the song and video?
