Ed Sheeran - "Shape Of You": Music Video Premiere!
He teased and he delivered on time.
Ed Sheeran premiered the music video for his “Shape of You” hit single this Monday morning (Jan. 30) on YouTube. Directed by Jason Koenig, the video for the Ed "Divide" song that recently debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 was shot in Seattle.
The box training-themed music video shows Ed falling in love with a gym female buddy. However, as days pass and love seems to “arise”, the girl will get cold feet and will abandon sweet Ed. Yet in the last scene of the “Shape of You” music video someone will return just in time to help the British singer-songwriter before he’s fully destroyed by a Sumo wrestler in a fight club-style battle.
Quite a concept Ed and the director had for this MV. I was entertained, though!
