Demi Lovato on 20/20 (Interview)
Demi Lovato's much-anticipated '20/20' interview aired last night (April 22nd) on ABC - This was the first time the Disney star spoke publicly to the media after completing on January the 3-month rehab program she entered - During the interview with Robin Roberts, the "This Is Me" singer candidly discussed about the reasons that forced her to go through a rehabilitation clinic. Demi had been suffering for many years cutting and eating (bulimia) disorders. Demi had been able to deal with these problems for a long time, but it all went bad when she hit a backup dancer during her South American tour with the Jonas Brothers last year.
Immediately, Demi entered rehab to finally get help and try to find a solution for the issues that had been tormenting her. However, there, a shocking news was revealed to her, as it was diagonosed that Demi also suffered a bipolar disorder. Thankfully though, the rehab helped her. "I feel like I am in control now where my whole life I wasn't in control", Demi said during the '20/20' interview.
O-M-G. That's horrible. I didn't know she was going through a lot things and of that matter. I'm happy she's feeling better now. Looking foward for your new album Demi! Stay strong!
