David Cook - The Last Goodbye (Music Video!)
American Idol season 7 winner David Cook will release his second major label album "This Loud Morning" on June 28th via RCA/19 Records - The set is preceded by the lead single, the Ryan Tedder-produced "The Last Goodbye" which has failed to impress on the US charts thus far, despite an expensive 'American Idol' performance back in April. The single only sold 22,000 downloads on its release week resulting at a #105 debut on the Hot 100. Yikes! It seems though RCA/19 Records will keep trying with "The Last Goodbye" and have world premiered today (May 23rd) the official visual for the song. It was directed by Nigel Dick (Britney Spears, Oasis, Nickelback) and shot in Malibu earlier this month. I really like the song, and the video fits well! Not sure why America is not feeling David's new single though :/.
