Charli XCX Brings Out Halsey & CupcakKe at Lollapalooza, Performs "Wannabe" Cover!
Charli XCX was a performer at Day 4 of Lollapalooza 2017 on Sunday (Aug. 7).
During her 45-minute set, the British singer-songwriter had a couple of surprises for her fans. First, she brought Halsey on stage for the two of them to perform a cover of the Spice Girls’ legendary hit “Wannabe” together. Later, Charli XCX welcomed raptress CupcakKe on stage to perform jointly their collaboration “Lipgloss”.
The crowd at Grant Park in Chicago went wild for these two performances.

What was all that autotune in the “Wannabe” performance, though? It was a little off putting at times. Still, I was much entertained watching how much fun Charli XCX and Halsey were having on that stage. They truly got their life from “Wannabe”. But then again, who wouldn’t, right?
Oh, and Cupcakke got the Lollapalooza stage so lit up!
