Carly Rae Jepsen Visits 'The Ellen Show'

Canadian pop star Carly Rae Jepsen paid a visit to Ellen DeGeneres on her hit daytime show on Tuesday (September 18) to promote the release of her major label debut album "Kiss" (Insterscope Records) with an appearance that included an interview and two live performances...Watch videos below!

The week starting September 18 will be a tough one for those looking to get the #1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. Besides Carly, The Killers, P!nk and Nelly Furtado are releasing their new studio albums, so predicting who'll get the top position next week is quite difficult. If I had to bet money, I would go with P!nk's "The Truth About Love" with Carly's "Kiss" following very very closely on the sales final count. Even she doesn't get the #1, Carly's major label debut will no doubt sell loads as the time passes. "Kiss" is FILLED with hits. And moving on the "Call Me Maybe" moment, Carly delivered the first televised performance of her brand new single, the RedFoo-produced "This Kiss" on 'The Ellen Show'. It was a cute performance. She also sang "Call Me Maybe", cause...I mean, she just had to. That's the song that will make people buy "Kiss" in the first place. Carly also had a sit-down interview with Ellen where she discussed her rather quick rise to fame, the importance of Justin Bieber's support, among other things. Enjoy!
