Brooke Hogan Releases Catchy Country/Pop Single “Girlfriend”: Must-Listen! (She Is On Fire!)
This literally is so good, I think I’m going to have a heart attack of all of the excitement. Brooke Hogan has just blessed us with yet another new song, titled “Girlfriend”, available on iTunes/Apple Music as of today (July 13) and it’s another amazing country song worthy of an immediate listen. I really didn’t she could do it but she did. Brooke has returned to the music scene with the true potential to compete with artists getting played on radio right now. This musical rebirth of hers is one for the books. She’s completely ditched her urban old self and is now embracing country music and who knew she could be so good at it? I’m blown away!
Last month Brooke premiered, via her official website, a song titled “Fly Away”, which at the time was the first taste of anything ‘Brooke Hogan country’, but now this new song “Girlfriend” has been ‘premiered’ via iTunes, which totally means THIS is her new OFFICIAL single. “Fly Away” was just a buzz. Brooke will be dropping an EP, filled with more incredible country songs I’m sure, later this year. Rumor has it the EP will go on pre-order next month.
“Girlfriend”, which is slightly more pop than “Fly Away” but country nevertheless – oh my gosh that chorus is giving serious life – hears Ms. Hogan singing to the boy she has a crush on to get it together and see the reality; that she doesn’t want for them to be just friends, Brooke wants to be his girlfriend.
