Beyoncé Wraps Up HBO Special With "XO" Performance [Video]
HBO’s “Beyoncé x10” special is over. The last episode of the televised concert series aired on Sunday, August 31st, minutes before 8p.m, and the premiere of the new "True Blood" episode on the American cable network. What song did the last episode feature? "XO" of course. That was Beyoncé's song choice to close her 20-minute long 2014 VMAs performance, and is was the song that wrapped up the “Beyoncé x10” as well.
Written by Ryan Tedder, “XO” is undoubtedly the most beautiful ballad on “BEYONCÉ” (2013 album) and a song dedicated to the singer's fans all around the world. I get sad, though, every time I remember how "XO" was overshadowed by "Drunk In Love" when they both simultaneously sent to radios at the beginning of the sixth Beyoncé album era.

Very touching. The “XO” performance episode aired on HBO opens with Beyoncé’s speech at the final show of "The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour". It was 132nd concert. As the video moves on, we get to see footage of “XO" tour performance from select concerts around the world (Rio, Sydney, Washington DC, etc). We see a lot of fan interaction, behind the scenes, and even professionally shot footage of the time when Beyoncé brought Blue Ivy on stage (in her Bee costume) and gave her a big kiss.
