Avril's 'What The Hell' Vid Deets & Hot 100 Debut!

The results are in! Avril Lavigne's new single "What The Hell" has debuted at #13 on the Hot 100 Chart - Backed up mainly by its digital sales, the single has had IMO a more than respectable debut - Just wait until the music video comes out, radio airplay garners up, and of course Avril starts promoting on TV.

"What The Hell" sold 163,000 downloads in the US in its debut week, which is 40,000 higher than what "Girlfriend" moved in the same time period, so good good! #1 will be difficult for Avril though. Britney - whose "Hold It Against Me" monster single just debuted straight to #1 - is most likely to reign for the coming weeks, and then Lady GaGa is back in February. Top 5 should be "What The Hell"'s target.

As for its music video, check out in the player above an 8-sec sneak peek of the final thing. The video is set to premiere in the US this Sunday around 8-9pm (Eastern time) during the emission of "Mean Girls 2" on ABC Family. However! We just found out that the WORLD PREMIERE will be brought by UK's music channel 4Musik at 7 pm (GMT), meaning seven hours before its US counterpart. Can't wait!! Some other details about the WTH music video are, according to Avrilbandaids.com, a cameo by Avril's mother Judy and "scenes like playing basketball, a robbery, chasing a thief and a car crash." Remember, all in 3D! Ready those glasses for some vividly real Avril experience. ""Goodbye Lullaby" OUT on March 8th!
