Ariana Grande Debuts 'Honeymoon Avenue' Live
I thought she was about to sing Solange's 'Sandcastle Disco' but instead what Ariana Grande performed halfway her sold-out show at New York City's Irving Plaza last night (December 28th) was a brand new track of hers called "Honeymoon Avenue" (see below), which will appear of Ms Grande's forthcoming debut album, due out in 2012 with the help of Universal Republic. This girl's music is growing on me! I totally digged her first single "Put Your Hearts Up", and now I'm loving "Honeymoon Avenue". It's a pretty nice funky, nostalgic love tune where Ariana asks his boy to 'go back to the way it was'. Plus, the performance was awesome. Ariana's got mad vocals! Summing up, I'm so looking foward to hear her debut album! Judging by the two songs she's unveiled thus far, it can actually be a solid pop effort. Will Ariana be a new 'it' girl?
