Produced by Xenomania, "Shut Up" is an explosive dance-pop record that will hopefully score the #1 "You Bring Me Joy" unjustly missed in September 2012. "Shut Up" won't be released in the UK until January 2013 so here's hoping Sony Music UK (Amelia's label) picks the right release date for the single so it achieves #1 without the pressure of huge rivals. As for the recently-unveiled "Shut Up" MV, it features scenes of Amelia looking lost while wandering in a type of maze, as well as her rocking the tune with a band. She looks fiiiierce! Not sure the video matches the lyrics in any way though...but who cares!
