Alicia Keys Recruits Kanye West & Travis Scott For “In Common” Remix: Listen
Just when you thought Alicia Keys’ “In Common” single was dead and buried, there she goes and revives it out of nowhere.
AK gave Travis $cott the green light to world premiere the official “In Common” remix, featuring Kanye West and Travis $cott, on the rapper’s brand new “.wav” radio show on Apple Music’s Beats 1 last night (Aug. 12).
If Travis $cott is featured on this remix, I guess his new radio show was the most adequate place to have the world premiere on.
In this “more urban” version of “In Common”, Kanye West gets an opening verse and then he and Travis swap turns in the bridge.
Kanye uses this Alicia Keys remix to keep the flame of the “Famous” controversy alive. “No matter what anybody say / We been through shit we can’t make up / And at the end of the night, babe, we’ll be back in bed like we famous”, he raps. TAYLOR SWIFT, YOU HEAR?
