Alex & Sierra Win "X Factor USA" Season 3, Release Mariah Song As Winner's Single

Dating couple Alex Kinsey and Sierra Deaton, aka. Alex & Sierra, are the winners of Season 3 of “The X Factor USA”. Host Mario Lopes announced news last night (December 19th) during the grand finale of the latest series of the FOX talent show. Alex & Sierra received the largest number of votes ultimately beating runner-up Jeff Gutt, and third-placed finalist Carlito Olivero.

Alex and Sierra got so emotional they struggled during their last performance. They closed the episode with their amazing cover of A Great Big World’s “Say Something”.

Florida native duo Alex and Sierra has released a cover of Mariah Carey's holiday anthem, "All I Want For Christmas Is You", as their winner's single. The audio is available for purchase on iTunes now. They performed the song during the finale on Thursday too. Their version is quite slow-down in comparison to Mariah's up-beat festive original. Anyway, congratulations to them and to mentor, Simon Cowell!
