2013 American Music Awards Nominations List
Kelly Clarkson and will.i.am had the duty to reveal the list of nominees for the 2013 American Music Awards, whose grand ceremony will take place on November 24th at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. ABC will carry the telecast.
The "Stronger" singer and the "That Power" auto-tuner revealed the nominees of the 5 most important categories during a brief appearance on "Good Morning America" today, October 10th. They later headed to NYC's B.B. King’s Blues Club & Grill in Times Square to unveil the remaining nominees. From those five top categories, two are definitely highlights; "Single of the Year" (only 3 nominees?), which will most likely be won by Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" after a massive summer of reign, and "Best New Artist". Now this will be an interesting category to watch on the telecast. Competition is fierce! I think the award will go to Macklemore, but I'm actually rooting for Ariana Grande.
