Is The Weeknd going to drop a new song from his upcoming album every week until it hits stores on November 25th!? I’m really praying for that!
The amazing Canadian R&B crooner released today (Sept. 29) a new song off “Starboy” titled “False Alarm”. On Spotify now, tomorrow on iTunes.
This new one is a bit more light-hearted in comparison to the dark vibe of lead single and title track “Starboy” that The Weeknd released last week, more up-tempo too, funky, but unfortunately less cooler. I mean, I don’t hate it but it does sound a bit too album filler-ish, and I’m not here for that this new The Weeknd era. I want hits only.
Didn’t you find the “hey! hey! hey!” chants on "False Alarm" to be too cheesy for someone as dope as TW?
