Country god Kenny Chesney is ready to give fans a new chapter in his music career.
The 48-year-old Tennessee-born star released last Friday (July 29) the first single from his upcoming seventeenth studio album “Cosmic Hallelujah”, which will arrive in stores in late October via Columbia Nashville. The new song in question is called “Setting The World On Fire” and it is a collaboration with none other than Pink. And you know what? “Setting The World On Fire” is already a hit! Ever since it was released last Friday the song has remained atop the US iTunes Top 100, where it got almost immediately after being made available (last checked: August 1 - morning. That’s 4 consecutive days at #1!).

“Setting The World On Fire” is a laid-back country-rock where Kenny and Pink talk about “a very steamy night they had together, but wonder whether they may have gone a bit too far… but there’s no time for regret or look back”.
