British rock band Coldplay gave Zane Lowe authorization to world premiere today, November 26th, a new track form their forthcoming seventh studio album “A Head Full of Dreams” on his Beats 1 radio show.

The Coldplay song Zane Lowe gave the first play of on Thursday was “Everglow”.

We see people coming / We see people go”, sings Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin in the nostalgic song, which features his ex Gwyneth Platrow!

What's "Everglow" about? Check out what Chris had to say about it on air below:

"I was in the ocean one day with this surfer guy, who spoke just like you’d imagine a surfer guy to speak … He was like, ‘Yo dude, I was doing this thing the other day man, it gave me this total everglow!’ I was like, ‘What an amazing word!’ Then the song came completely out. To me, it’s about — whether it’s a loved one or a situation or a friend or a relationship that’s finished, or someone’s passed away — I was thinking about, after you’ve been through the sadness of something, you also get this everglow. That’s what it’s about."

Such a peaceful track "Everglow" is. This totally reduced me to tears. From the piano-driven relaxing production to Chris Martin's angelic vocals; "Everglow" is amazing!

A Head Full of Dreams” will be released in stores worldwide on December 4th via Parlophone (UK) and Atlantic Records (US).
