What's Shakira's New Single? She Performs 'Medicine' on 'The Voice'
'Empire'? 'Dare (La La La)'? 'Medicine'? Shakira has us a somewhat puzzled. What is her new single? or, does she even has a new single?
One thing is for certain, the order of single releases in her new era has been a mess. The first single 'Can't Remember To Forget You' with Rihanna was underwhelming, and she isn't officially releasing 'The One Thing' as single yet, which is a big shocker.
The Colombian singer performed 'Medicine' with Blake Shelton's help on 'The Voice' last night (May 19th). This isn't the first time they've performed the country-esque ballad on TV. They already paired up for a live rendition of 'Medicine' at the ACM Awards this year.
But the question persists. What is Shakira's new single? 'Empire' is already dying but she's still performing it in America. 'Dare (La La La)' recently got a video premiered, but Shakira's yet to perform this song. And lastly, 'Medicine' was supposed to be the first (and only) country single of Shakira's new album, but country radios simply aren't supporting.
So many supposed singles out, but Shakira doesn't quite seem to know which to promote.
