American Idol season 11 winner, 22-year-old Phillip Phillips has shot his first AOL Sessions having performed a flawless stripped-down showcase of tracks from his debut album "The World from the Side of the Moon", which debuted this month at #4 on the Billboard 200 - Watch videos below!
No wonder why Phillip has become one of the most successful Idol alumni of the last seasons. He's packed with real talent, a special vocal tone, and charisma. I recently had a chance to listen to his album "The World from the Side of the Moon" and I have to say there are no fillers....each track is a little masterpiece. So I'm sure it was had for Phillip to pick the six songs he had to sing on his AOL sessions. Watch below the Georgia native performing acoustic renditions of; "Home", "Man on the Moon", "Gone, Gone, Gone", "Can't Go Wrong", "A Fool's Dance", and "Hold On".
