The 2014 Powerhouse went down on Saturday night, May 17th. Thousands of hip-hop music fans packed the Honda Center in Anaheim, California to witness performances by; Nicki Minaj, TDE's Schoolboy Q, Wiz Khalifa, Trey Songz, YG, Jennifer Lopez, Childish Gambino, Juicy J, Sage The Gemini and Isaiah Rashad
The hottest acts at Powerhouse this year were undoubtedly Nicki and Trey. Jennifer Lopez too, but what was she doing at Powerhouse, anyway? A bit random.
Nicki went vintage for her performance, being alone on the stage most of the time, and just having a DJ to support her. She suffered of tech problems throughout her 30-min but still managed to pulled off entertaining fans with tracks such as; the latest 'Lookin' Ass', 'Chi-Raq', to the oldies, 'Did It On 'Em', or 'Super Bass' and even 'Starships'!
