Watch Miley Cyrus' Trippy Music Video For Her Song "Lighter"!

Miley Cyrus kicked off this week her 8-date North American tour in support of her experimental album “Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz”, which she released for free this summer via SoundCloud. Named the “Milky Milky Milk Tour”, the first bizarre show took place on Thursday night (Nov. 19) in Chicago, and it appears it was a complete success. Not only did the venue sell-out (true it was only a 2500 people-capacity theater) but fans knew all of the lyrics of the songs Miley performed too, proving 1) Miley has very loyal fans and 2) there were actually people who downloaded this album.

According to Miley herself, one song especially stood out from the bunch at the tour’s first concert in Chicago. Miley was completely surprised by the amazing energy with which fans sang with her the song “Lighter”. “F*ck yeah! After our 1st show in Chicago (which was totally turnt) we loved seeing y'all singing along to all the Dead Petz jamsssss but seemed like this one was a fan favorite!!!!! For all of you who can't be with us in Detroit tonight and of course for all of you who will here is the official Lighter music video”, wrote Miley moments ago today, November 21st, on Facebook.

And indeed, check out below the official “Lighter” music video. A video that in view of the first concert, and her fans’ love for this song, Miley just had to release whether she liked it or not.

The “MV”, co-directed by Miley and Wayne Coyne, shows the former Hannah Montana star dancing naked, and in other scenes wearing a pink bath robe, as she sings “Lighter” in a set flooded with kaleidoscopic projections. The video includes close-up shots of Miley using her ‘lighter’ to fire up a blunt. Usual Miley!
