Watch: Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert Perform at ACMs 2012!
Country-music divas Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert took the stage last night (April 1st) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas - were the 2012 Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards were held - to deliver live performances of their latest singles, "Good Girl", and "Over You", respectively. Ms Underwood was the opening act, and boy was she on fire! The 29-year-old singer from Oklahoma appeared on stage looking stunning in a short electric-purple dress, and slayed everyone in attendance and watching on TV with her flawless, and sick vocals! "Good Girl" is the first single from Carrie's upcoming album "Blown Away" (May 1st). Next up was Miranda Lambert. Blake Shelton's wife, and winner in the Top Female Vocalist category at this year's ACMs (congrats!) performed last night her newest single "Over You". Sensational performance for such a beautiful and emotional song. Blake Shelton who introduced Miranda's performance called "Over You" "the most personal and important song of our lives". May I remember Blake wrote 'Over You' and was inspired by the tragic loss of his older brother in a car accident.
