[Video] Ellie Goulding Keeps Promoting "Burn", Performs on "Letterman" & "GMA"
English singer Ellie Goulding is back in the United States to keep the promotion going for her latest single "Burn". The Ryan Tedder-produced dance-pop song reached #1 last year in the UK (with little promotion), and since its official launch in America, "Burn" has step by step rising on the charts. It's currently on the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100, while its airplay doesn't stop increasing. This week "Burn" is at #4 on (US) Top 40 radio!
Two months ago, when "Burn" was beginning its American journey, Ellie performed it live on "The Ellen Show" and "The Queen Latifah Show". Now in early 2014, Ellie is back in the States for the second time in a short time to keep pushing "Burn", considering after these two months, the single has become a bona-fide smash hit.
Last night (January 20th), Ellie Goulding, wearing a sheer shirt, performed the track on "Late Show with David Letterman", and today she nailed the song as well on "Good Morning America". You could tell Ellie is still processing the jet-lag. Nevetheless, she rocked "Burn" in both performances. She sings this song better with each performance! Off to #1 now!
