Taylor Swift Perform "If I Die Young" With The Band Perry at Indianapolis "1989 Tour" Concert: Watch

taylor swift and the band perry duet

The Band Perry came on stage at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis last night (Sept. 16) to surprise the 19.000 Taylor Swift fans that gathered in said arena to enjoy her “1989 World Tour” concert with a performance of their “If I Die Young” hit, which they performed alongside Tay-Tay of course. The country band, led by Kimberly Perry, became the latest surprise guests in this on-going massive tour of Ms. Swift.

If I Die Young” was the monster hit included on The Band Perry’s 2010 debut album. The song reached #1 on the Country chart, Top 12 on Mainstream radio, and Top 14 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Kimberly and Taylor, both with guitars at hand, sang the anthemic “If I Die Young” incredibly last night and certainly Taylor’s “country” fans at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse arena must have felt super emotional to hear their “icon” singing country music again.
