Taio Cruz - Imagine (John Lennon Cover)
Interesting...Check out Taio Cruz' cover of John Lennon's 1971 classic "Imagine". The British star's version was made recently available on iTunes USA, where it will stay for the whole month of January. All the proceeds from downloads will go to the 'Big Brothers Big Sisters' organization. NOT BAD AT ALL. Taio has really impressed me with this cover. Good vocals and auto-tune FREE. Shocker, right? The UK star commented about this cover saying "I didn't want to make a dance version or a crazy up-tempo remix-sounding thing that people would absolutely kill me for". LOL. Just imagine for a moment hearing a cover of John Lennon's "Imagine" song with dance-electropop beats? That'd be the end of world.
