Stream: Full Studio Version of Azealia Banks' "Chasing Time" Is Out
Been wondering if Azealia Banks would ever release a song that had the potential to take over urban radio as “212” did long time ago? Well, “Chasing Time” is your answer and the answer is yes! The 90’s house song is the new single from Azealia's super-delayed debut album “Broke With Expensive Taste“. The British rapper is said to have signed a deal with Sony, and she’s rooting for an early 2015 release of the album.
Azealia’s recently previewed her future radio smash “Chasing Time” in concert, but today (Sept. 22) the full studio version of the song has surfaced online. I feel happy and sad. Happy because we have “Chasing Time” in great quality and it’s great, but sad for Azealia because everything she had planned to promote this song has been ruined as it's leaked too early. If I were her I would send the song to iTunes ASAP. Regardless of the leak, “Chasing Time” has major potential to be Ms. Bank’s best performing single since “212”. You just watch.
“Chasing Time” will give you instant 1991 vibes, and the UK is definitely going to eat this song up. I am just completely and utterly slayed by Azealia. The vocals, the lyrics, and the 90’s house production...everything is just perfect!
