Steve Aoki & Wynter Gordon - Ladi Dadi (Video)
Niiice work! Steve Aoki & Wynter Gordon bring the artwork of their collaboration single "Ladi Dadi" to life (see below) in the recently RollingStone.com premiered music video! Directed by Josh Forbes (Sara Bareilles, The Fray), the American-Japanese DJ and Ms Gordon flirt and fight (it gets bloody) in a visual clearly inspired by the 2005 movie 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith', that starred Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Cool stunts, and the last scene, with Steve executing that arcade fighting videogame move (to poor Wynter) looked epic!
As for dubstep-heavy "Ladi Dadi" song, this is the second single from Aoki's upcoming album "Wonderland", out on January 17th. Being honest though, I'm not really into the song, have pretty much skipped it, but I'm sure it's a great club record. Would dance to it, lol. Fingers crossed Wynter gets a new Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs #1 hit with "Ladi Dadi". For now, check out the action-packed MV!
