Sia's "Unstoppable" Gets An 'Olympic' Remix: Listen Now!
If you’re a big fan of Sia’s “Unstoppable” song from her “This Is Acting” album, you are in for a treat today.
Sia dropped Wednesday morning (July 13) a remix to this song done by Ariel Rechtshaid. The new version now features a verse from rapper Pusha T and a revamped, edgier production.
“Unstoppable (Ariel Rechtshaid Version)” was apparently an idea of Gillete to promote their sponsorship of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. They released what seems to be a new commercial earlier today on YouTube featuring stars of diverse sports fields doing what they do best.
“Gillette provides a glimpse into the Olympic training for Neymar Jr., Ning Zetao, Ashton Eaton, and Andy Tennant as they work toward the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Reaching their best is a beautiful thing, but the path, the sacrifices, the pain, and the anguish to attain precision, is anything but. Driving their story further is a custom music track written by Sia, and featuring producer Ariel Rechtshaid, rapper Pusha T, and percussion accompaniment Banda Olodum”, wrote Gillette on the description box of the commercial.
Yeah, I totally get why they picked Sia’s “Unstoppable” song for this commercial. It just fits the story of any sports star - they don't quit until they've fulfilled their dreams. And this Ariel Rechtshaid remix gives the song a cooler sound that makes it work even better with sports footage.
