Shakira Performs at 2010 Premios Juventud!
Colombian pop singer Shakira took a flight from South Africa heading to the USA after the World Cup Finale to perform on Thursday night at the 2010 edition of Premios Juventud. This one of the most famous music awards in the Latin community. This year's show was held at the BankUnited Center of the University of Miami and was broadcasted by Univision. Shakira took the center stage to perform first her latest single "Gypsy" and then the World Cup anthem and Shaki's global smash "Waka Waka". Both hits were sung in their Spanish versions. Awesome performance! I liked the idea of the magic flying rug for "Gypsy" and then kudoz to Shakira for putting everybody on their feet to dance to "Waka Waka". Big party! By the way, the star from Barranquilla also took home last night the award for "Best Video" thanks to "She Wolf".
