Shakira - Waka Waka (Official Music Video!)
Here's the music video premiere to the 2010 FIFA World Cup Official Anthem "Waka Waka", a song performed by pop star Shakira featuring South African's very own band Freshlyground. The clip was shot last month in Barcelona, Spain and besides featuring images from previous World Cups, international football players Lionel Messi, Dani Alves, Rafael Marquez, Gerard Pique and Carlos Kameni appear on it. Colorful, cheerful video. I think it works for what it is. "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)" will be performed by the Colombian diva at the opening ceremony which will take place on June 11 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
