Sam Smith's First Performance of "Burning" Will Give You Goosebumps
So far we haven’t had that many televised live performances from Sam Smith this era, so this will have to do to ease our “hunger”. The British singer uploaded a special performance of his newest song “Burning”, taped at the iconic Hackney Round Chapel in London, this Monday afternoon to this VEVO channel. The performance video sees the Sam Smith accompanied by a pianist, a guitar man, and a group of backup singers at the impressive venue performing “Burning” live with a stand-up microphone. And as expected, Sam delivered one beautiful performance. Vocals were goosebumps-worthy and the quality of the audio in this performance video definitely helped the purpose of us absolutely adoring this performance.
Hopefully the next performance of “Burning” will be at a major television show? Fingers crossed. Because we hope “Burning” becomes the next official single from Sam’s “The Thrill Of It All” album. We’re obsessed with it. Definitely our favorite ballad of the moment (sorry “Too Good at Goodbyes”).
