Sam Smith - "Writing's On The Wall" [Music Video Premiere!]
Here it is! Sam Smith premiered the music video for “Writing’s On The Wall” – the official theme song of the upcoming James Bond “Spectre” movie – on VEVO on Monday morning (Oct. 5).
The Luke Monaghan-directed music video for “Writing’s On The Wall” sees Sam Smith looking super dramatic, yet super elegant in his black suit singing the “Spectre” theme song in front of the tombs of several fallen MI6 officers. The MV also features scenes from the actual “Spectre” movie. The finale of the clip shows Mr. Smith belting the last seconds of “Writing’s On The Wall” at night time with almost no light illuminating his face – it’s all very gloomy! (the perfect setting for the mood of the song I suppose).
A very foreseeable video this is. I didn't expect more nor less. It's adequate.
