Sam Smith was the guest on the latest Carpool Karaoke episode of "The Late Late Show" with James Corden last night. The British singer was on it to promote his forthcoming new studio album "The Thrill of it All", which will be released tomorrow (November 3). During his ride with James Corden, the two sang along to many popular songs from Sam Smith, including “Too Good at Goodbyes” “Lay Me Down” “Money on My Mind” “Stay with Me” and “Pray”.

And when the episode was just about to finish, an unannounced surprise came on board. Sam had just finished talking about how much of a fan he was of Fifth Harmony to James Corden when suddenly all four members of the girl group got on board the SUV. All passengers and James then started to sing together the iconic pop hit "Work From Home". And you guys, if there's ever a chance Fifth Harmony gets a male singer for the group, they should totally get Sam Smith because he totally looked in his element while performing "Work From Home". The ad libs were particularly amazing! They were so amazing even the own girls of Fifth Harmony were impressed by what Sam was doing. It's like they were thinking "damn, why didn't we come up with these ad libs for the original song!". Oh, and by the way, did you think too it was bit awkward that they sang over Camila's part? It's like the drama will always follow these girls.

Excellent carpool karaoke episode! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Not only Sam showed off what an incredible singer he is, but also demonstrated what a sweet personality he has.

Got tickets to see him on tour next year already right? Because we have.
