Phillip Phillips returned to the show that made him a superstar in the US to perform his brand new single "Gone, Gone, Gone" from his flawless debut LP "The World from the Side of the Moon". Love everything about this song...from the melody, lyrics to the soulful chorus, and wow at Phillip making the song sound just like the studio edit but live! After the performance, Randy Jackson gave Phillip on behalf of his record label a quadruple platinum plaque for the sales of his hit single "Home". Huge congrats!
Later on Thursday night, Bon Jovi treated the Fox audience with a live performance of his new single "Because We Can", from the upcoming album "What About Now" (March 12). It was a good performance, but the song is kind of so-so.
