Panic! at the Disco Perform For Billboard!

Panic! at the Disco return in 2011 with a new album in hands, "Vices & Virtues" will be available for fans of the Nevada rock band to purchase from March 29th - The project's lead single "The Ballad of Mona Lisa" was officially released today - February 1st - so you know Panic! gotta start with the promotional rounds. Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith - the only remaining members from the original line-up and who now run Panic! as a two-piece - kicked things off with an appearance on Billboard's "Live Q&A" this week. Watch in the video above an acoustic performance of "Mona Lisa". Perfectly executed! I want to see that now performed live with the drums and the electric guitars. It'll be sick!
