American rock band Panic! at the Disco premiered the music video for "The Ballad of Mona Lisa" on Tuesday via MTV.com - The John Feldmann & Butch Walker co-produced track serves as the official first single from Panic!'s upcoming studio album "Vices & Virtues" which will hit stores on March 29th. This will also mark the first release of Panic! at the Disco as a new two-man band. I'm absolutely loving the song, and the visual they just premiered is just EPIC! The concept was WOW.
