Olly Murs Asks for Forgiveness After Cheating On GF In "Seasons" Music Video
A lot of things happen in Olly Murs' newly-premiered video for "Seasons". The British singer has chosen this Ryan Tedder-written and produced song to be the third single from his latest studio album "Never Been Better" which debuted at #1 in the UK late last year and already is certified platinum. The previous singles were; "Wrapped Up", which reached #3 on the charts, and "Up", featuring Demi Lovato, that peaked at #4. Will "Seasons" be Olly’s first number one of this new era? My opinion? I don't think so and my crystal ball tells me it's going to be his worst-performing single from "Never Been Better" to date. Actually, I don’t think Olly has any more single-worthy songs on the album. He should begin touring right away.
Directed by Sophia Ray, the "Seasons" music video sees a lot of things happen (as I previously mentioned). The opening scene shows Olly’s official girlfriend catching him cheating on her with a brunette on their home bed, and from there everything is one crazy ride. Olly is evicted from the house by his angry girlfriend, goes for a cold winter-y walk, drinks his sorrow away in a bar, and when exiting he runs in with the girl whose heart he just broke. After a long discussion, they two go different ways. The remaining of the video sees more of this. Olly and his cheated-on girlfriend running in everywhere they go, and ultimately, after a random choreographed dance, the girl will forgive Olly and give him a second chance. Will you forgive cheating so easily?
