Olly Murs - Please Don't Let Me Go (Music Video!)
Olly Murs has recently premiered the videoclip for "Please Don't Let Me Go", the official lead single from his forthcoming debut album in stores in the UK in September - The 2009 X Factor runner-up was signed to a joint deal between Epic Records and Syco Music (Simon Cowell's label) in February 2010 and has been in the studio recording his debut LP ever since. The single "Please Don't Let Me Go" is an indie/soul ballad very much like Jason Mraz's style. (e.g I'm Yours). Some Olly fans say it's too boring for him, saying it has no fire, or passion, having seen Olly rocking the X Factor stage with energetic performances and funky moves. I personally don't have a firm judgment, song is not bad. But, as you play it, it might get boring with the pass of time. Although, I'm sure Simon really thinks this sound fits Olly, and we'll see that proved or not in the charts when "Please Don't Let Me Go" gets released on August 29th. As for the music video, I just find the whole concept quite funny xD. In any case, I think it works and the scenery is really nice. Well-shot too.
