Nicole Scherzinger Gets Overdramatic In "On The Rocks" Music Video: Watch
OK, the video has made my mind about the song change a bit (now I like it a bit more), but that doesn't change the fact that I think Nicole Scherzinger should've never released "On The Rocks" as her new single because it's simply a weak single. The weakest single of her career, I dare to say!
The former Pussycat Dolls leader premiered the official music video for her new mid-tempo ballad single "On The Rocks" on VEVO on Friday, September 5th. "On The Rocks" becomes the follow-up to “Your Love”, it’s the second single from Nicole Scherzinger’s upcoming second solo album, and UK’ers (because that’s Nicole’s main target country nowadays) will be able to purchase "On The Rocks" legally on iTunes when it gets officially released on October 12th.

I wasn’t too fond of the song on the first listen, but this black and white video is kind of OK, and it's certainly favoured my opinion of the song just a tad.
In the over-4-minutes-long clip Nicole gets super dramatic at her boyfriend (soon to be ex) as she fights him and screams at him for f*cking their relationship up big time. Nicole’s had it. She’s had it so much that she’s going to actually push her soon-to-be-ex off the chair (with magical powers) and throw him out of the house they have in the middle of the desert breaking the fragile wooden door in the process. A freed Nicole Scherzinger will throw her hands in the air, feel the wind breeze on her face and will run away through the desert to find a new better life.
I really understood all of the video but I just didn’t get that she would give us so many beauty shots and poses here and there. Those totally killed the "mood" of the video. Oh, and Nicole's clearly SCREAMING for an actress role! Directors, where you at?
