New Song: Tiara Thomas - '4 Dollar Bill'

Check out this brand new track by Tiara Thomas entitled "4 Dollar Bill". The 23 year old Indianapolis talent is currently working on her debut EP 'Dear Sallie Mae', due later this year, and this club-ready number is the project's first single. Listen above!

Tiara Thomas became a relevant name in the music biz with the release of Wale's song "Bad", which Tiara helped co-write and co-produce. "Bad" is featured on the rapper's third studio album "The Gifted". However, in a last minute move, just weeks before the release of the album, Wale announced he'd be releasing an official remix version of "Bad", and that it would be the one getting the spins on radios in the States, to the detriment of Tiara's original song. In the official remix, Tiara was completely replaced by pop superstar Rihanna.

Presently, Tiara Thomas has signed a deal with Rico Love’s Division1/Interscope Records and is, as stated above, gearing up to release an EP. "4 Dollar Bill" is a club-ready track, produced by Mr Love, in which Tiara shows off her skills as both singer and rapper. In the lyrics Tiara declares her independence, and tells the world she ain't like those '4 dollar bills' b*tches who only want 'money, clothes, and cars'. So, is the song good, you ask?. The ratchet side of me is loving "4 Dollar Bill", but my objective side can't stop saying; "This is a hot mess, try again...". Still, I think Tiara has potential!
