Tamar Braxton gets emotional as she can't stop thinking about her man in a long drive back to her place in her new single "All The Way Home", the follow-up to her iTunes #1 hit "Love and War", and summer single "The One". The recently SoundCloud-premiered R&B ballad will appear on Tamar's upcoming second studio album, also titled "Love and War", to be released in stores in the States on September 3rd via Epic Records.
