New Song: Flo Rida (feat. StayC Reign) - "Freaking Out"

This is either going to be a big smash or a big flop this summer. Rapper Flo Rida recruits up-and-coming female pop singer StayC Reign to provide hook vocals in his new party-ready song "Freaking Out". The LMFAO-esque number is featured on the soundtrack for "Neighbors", a comedy film, starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, about a fraternity clan disturbing the peace of a quiet neighborhood.

The "Neighbors" soundtrack album is released on iTunes on April 29th, while the Nicholas Stoller-directed comedy hits US theaters on May 9th.

This isn't the first time Flo Rida and StayC Reign 'do' music together. Years ago when Flo was promoting his then-single "Wild Ones" on television, the rapper asked StayC Reign to be his female vocalist for the choruses as Sia had no intention to help him out.

As for "Freaking Out", it was evident it was going to be an upbeat, party record... 1) 'cause of its title, and 2) 'cause "Neighbors" is about a fraternity that likes to party hard.

"Freaking Out" is a lot better than Flo Rida's latest Billboard Hot 100 flop singles; "Can't Believe It", "Tell Me When You're Ready" and "How I Feel". It's infectious, it's got perfect-for-the-club, care-free, stupid lyrics, (as he describes in the lyrics) white people will like to dance to it, and its 'electro' beat (similar to a LMFAO song) will definitely make "Freaking Out" a must-play at your 'fiesta' this summer. StayC Reign provides a catchy chorus too! Even though her voice is unrecognizable. Summing up, "Freaking Out" is a good song taking into account 'its purpose in life'...the part-ay.
