New Music: Lil Wayne & Young Thug - 'Take Kare'
The first ever collaboration between Lil Wayne and Young Thug has arrived. Produced by London On Da Track, the anticipated record is titled 'Take Kare' and will be featured on Rich Gang's upcoming sophomore album due out later in the Fall.
'Take Kare' is the first of several Young Thug and Lil Wayne collaborations to come. Thug has mentioned in interviews he's recorded a handful of tracks with Weezy and that comes as no surprise as he has not been shy about letting his admiration for the New Orleans rapper be known. On 'Take Kare', Weezy kicks off the track with his signature adlib "young mula baby" and then hands off the mic to Thugga. Wayne returns at the 2:50 mark to lay down a verse of his own and end the song on the strong note.
'Rich Gang 2' the album is expected out sometime in November. Download 'Take Kare' on iTunes and stream the new single below. Sounds like the Lil Wayne and Young Thug duo are off to a good start.
