Lana del Rey's "Honeymoon" album may have leaked over the weekend but this isn't stopping the New York singer from premiering new "buzz" singles on radio. She gave BBC Radio 1 in the UK the green light to world premiere her song "Salvatore" last night (Sept. 15). It was introduced by Huw Stephens as the day's "Hottest Record".
The sultry and dreamy "Salvatore" was co-written by Lana and Rick Nowels. In "Salvatore", Ms. Del Rey serenades his good-looking Italian lover. "I've been waiting for you all this time / I adore you, can't you see, you're meant for me?", sings Lana in the slow jam, leaving pretty clear she's fallen hard for this boy.
