New Music: Justin Bieber (feat. Blake Kelly) - "Broken" [Full Audio & Review]
The first new Justin Bieber song since his arrest has surfaced online! It's come out of nowhere, but it's all-brand new material, that's for sure! It is called "Broken", and it sees Justin linking up with rapper Blake Kelly. The song in full, HQ edit surfaced online on late Friday (Feb. 21). Rumor has it, "Broken" is a track off of some DJ's mixtape.
"Broken" is very "Journals" style. Meaning Justin channels his inner R&B singer in the soulful, mellow "Broken". There's a nice jazzy production accompanying Justin's vocals. Blake Kelly comes up halfway during the song to dazzle us with a rap verse.
Most likely "Broken" was recorded before Justin's infamous Miami arrest but lyrics like; "Got that cruise on the smooth highway, I ain’t even tryna get away, (I’m good)" make me think the contrary. Maybe "Broken" is something new, and Justin is trying to send a message with it. By the way, the Canadian teenager has already begun working on his next studio album. One of the confirmed producers is T-Pain.
