New Music: John Legend - "A Million" [Full Audio + Review]
Amazing! This song won't probably get any recognition since a) John Legend's "All of Me" is still hot on radio, and b) it's a soundtrack song, but nevertheless, it's undeniable John's "A Million" is a formidable record! The melodic ballad is part of the soundtrack of the 2014 movie "About Last Night". Directed by Steve Pink, and starring Kevin Hart, this is a remake of the 1986 movie of the same name starred back then by Rob Lowe.
The soundtrack album for "About Last Night" is produced by Columbia Records, and it hit stores today, Tuesday (Feb. 11th). I think just for John's song, I'm gonna get it!
For real, "A Million" is so good. Can't stop listening. The ballad hears an in-love John Legend singing to his lady about how he "must" become his official lover as the two simply make magic together...in the bed (nice). Stand-out lyric so you can understand the theme of the song; "I know what you like/I kiss your neck/You probably know what comes next...sex". John sings "A Million" in such a beautiful way *adds to Valentine's playlist*.
"About Last Night" remake hits US theaters this Friday, Feb. 14th!
