New Music: Fall Out Boy - "Immortals" [Audio / Review]
Fall Out Boy contribute to the soundtrack of upcoming computer animated comedy-superhero film "Big Hero 6" with "Immortals". This is a brand new song the Patrick Stump-led rock band wrote and recorded specifically for the Walt Disney Animation Studios-produced movie (based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name) that will hit theaters in the US on November 7th.
"Immortals" by Fall Out Boy is released on iTunes on October 14th, 2014.
"I’ll try to picture me without you but I can’t / 'Cause we could be immortals, immortals", sings FOB frontman Patrick Stump in the chorus of the song "Immortals" which surfaced online a few hours before its official digital release (stream below). The song features a typical Fall Out Boy raucous rock production, and powerful vocals by Mr .Stump. The message of the song is about living togeher with the people you care about for eternity. I guess on some level it has something to do with the movie plot?
